How do I pair my child’s Apple Watch?

Open Tiny Nuzzles on the watch: it shows a QR code. On iPhone, go to Settings › Family › Add Member, scan the QR code with the camera and choose A Child’s. The watch finishes setting itself up in a few seconds.

How do I invite another adult to the family?

The person joining installs the app on their iPhone, creates an account and chooses to join a family: a QR code appears. Someone already in the family goes to Settings › Family › Add Member and scans that code. Each family has up to 4 adults and 4 children.

The QR code says it expired.

Codes are valid for a few minutes. Get a new one: the watch generates another on its own, and on iPhone just tap Generate New.

The app won’t let me record a message.

Tiny Nuzzles needs the microphone to record. Allow it in iPhone Settings › Tiny Nuzzles › Microphone. To scan QR codes, do the same for the Camera.

Messages don’t reach the watch.

The watch needs internet access (Wi-Fi or cellular) to receive messages. Also check that Tiny Nuzzles notifications are on in the Watch app on iPhone.

How do I delete my account?

In Settings › Account › Delete account, with your password. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you are the only adult in the family, the family is deleted too. If you own the family and there are other adults, transfer ownership first, in Family. Details are in the privacy policy.

How do I request my data or ask about privacy?
